The final module of this program is a five-day in-person experience on the Michigan Ross campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan. During this immersive experience, you will participate in simulations and apply the strategic concepts learned during the program. This module will allow you to participate in engaging and interactive sessions on governance challenges and opportunities. Additionally, on-campus networking will provide opportunities to build lasting connections with industry leaders from around the globe.

To qualify for the certificate, participants must attend a minimum of 5 live sessions and fully participate in the on-campus week. These requirements are in place to ensure meaningful engagement and a comprehensive learning experience.

Upon successfully completing the program:

Earn 2 credits toward the Distinguished Leader Certificate (DLC) which requires a total of 4 credits from qualifying in-person or online programs (only one eligible online program can be counted toward the DLC)
Graduates of the University of Michigan — including the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, or Flint campuses — are eligible for a 15% reduction on the program fee for the Michigan Ross Emeritus partner programs.
